Hi there, just wondering what is the ideal vessel / water bottle type to carry your mms in daily to drink? Glass? Is it ok in the light once it is made and diluted? Is spring water ok to use? Ive had these in my cupboard for years when I got scared off of using it. Thank you for the great source of different ways to use it. D.
