We have the privilege of having Paris Humble, the author of Healthy Alternative Chlorine Dioxide Uses, Non-pharmacological Health Restoration, to share how she has determined to never be sick again. Not only the author of her own book on the subject, but she has also grown up with her father, Jim Humble, who is well-known for discovering the health benefits of chlorine dioxide that he nicknamed, Miracle Mineral Solution or MMS for short.
If I am not feeling well, I don’t really need to go to the doctor to get a diagnosis. All I need to know is that I am not feeling well, and some sickness might be hanging in the wings getting ready to make me ill. So, I nip it off at the bud by mixing 6n6. You can read more about 6n6 in my book.
6-N-6 w/DMSO
- That’s 6 drops of Part 1 and 6 drops of Part 2 in a clean and dry shot glass, swirl the drops and wait for about a minute.
- I add water to the shot glass and swirl again before pouring the mixture into a glass.
- I add 4 ounces of water to the glass, or approximately fill an 8-ounce glass halfway with water, and swirl again.
- Then I add 24 drops of DMSO, give it a final swirl and drink it down.
I will repeat the 6-N-6 w/DMSO after an hour has passed. Then again, so that I have taken a total of three doses of 6-N-6 over three hours.
If I am still not feeling well the next day, I will start on an hourly regimen of 3 and 3 with 9 drops of DMSO, until I feel better.

If at any time throughout this process, if I felt worse instead of better, I might go see a doctor, but that has never happened to me.
I am proactive and use this method to keep from ever getting sick.
I feel confident that not feeling good is associated with some kind of infection going on in my body, whether it is due to pathogens, bacteria, virus, parasite, or whatever. Whatever it is, it clearly does not belong there, and I take it out before it gets to accomplish its mission.
WARNING
Just because this is what I do, doesn’t mean that this is what you should do. Growing up with my dad, we always applied MMS before trying anything else, and it has worked for me every time. Plus, my body and I are used to this, and I feel like I maintain a very low level of toxicity by doing this regularly.
First time users should never start with 6 and 6. They should start with 1 and 1. One drop of Part 1 and one drop of Part 2 with no DMSO, then check to see if you have any negative reaction. If you are okay with it, increase the dose in an hour by one drop, 2 and 2. Keep doing so every hour until you get to 6 and 6.
If you have a bad reaction, like nausea or diarrhea, this is usually an indication that your body is either quite toxic or heavily infected, and even such a small dose is killing off more of the bad guys than your body can get rid of through more normal processes. In this case, cut the dose in half.
How can I do half-a-drop? Easy, just double the water. Instead of adding 4 ounces of water, add 8, then drink 4 or the 8 ounces of the water.
Do I save the unused 4 ounces for later?
No. just pour it out because it loses its power after it is mixed. In an hour in an open container, like a glass, it will be pretty much useless. Make a new batch in an hour. And if you are still feeling uneasy, you can cut it in half again. To make a quarter of a drop, mix 1 and 1 and add it to 16 ounces of water, then drink 4 ounces of that and discard the rest.
Again, once you discover a dose that is tolerable continue for three doses. By following this reduction process, try to increase the dose after three doses. If you’re feeling queasy, back it off to the tolerable for another three doses. Try to work your way up to 6 when you can.
STOP
In my opinion, stopping the drinking of the chlorine dioxide purified water would be the worst thing I could do. Doing so would just let those bad bugs multiply like crazy. I don’t want to see what that would look like, so I don’t stop. I’d rather cut back the dose than let them get the best of me.
I wait until I feel like they are all gone, then I continue for three more days, just to make sure.
